Startup Campus Memberships
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the purchase and use of Startup Campus Memberships (Basecamp, Explore, Summit). They are supplemented by the information provided in the Imprint and the Privacy Policy.

3. Contract Formation and Duration
3.1. A membership is concluded upon purchase via the website or by written confirmation.
3.2. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
3.3. Each membership is valid for one (1) month or twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Memberships do not renew automatically.
4. Services
4.1. The services described at the time of purchase (e.g. community access, alumni event, webinars, workshops, dinners, discounts) are included in the membership.
4.2. The Contracting Party reserves the right to adjust or replace individual services during the membership term with equivalent offers, provided that the overall value is maintained.
4.3. Services not used within the membership period expire at the end of the term and cannot be transferred or refunded.
5. Communication
5.1. Members will be informed regularly by email about offers, events, and benefits.
5.2. It is the responsibility of members to take note of this information and to use benefits within the specified timeframes.
6. Discounts and Discount Codes
6.1. Discounts (e.g. for workshops, programs, dinners) are provided in the form of discount codes or specific registration links.
6.2. To claim a discount, the respective discount code must be entered again during the booking or checkout process.
6.3. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to purchases already completed.
7. Payment Terms
7.1. Membership fees are payable in advance for the entire membership period.
7.2. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT, where applicable.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1. After the contract has been concluded, cancellation or refund of the membership fee is excluded, unless mandatory rights under Swiss law (Obligationenrecht, OR) apply.
8.2. Unused services do not entitle the member to a (partial) refund.
9. Liability
9.1. The Contracting Party is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
9.2. Any liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data Protection
10.1. The processing of personal data is subject to the Data Protection Policy and the provisions outlined in the Imprint.
10.2. By purchasing a membership, members consent to the processing of their data insofar as it is necessary for the execution of the contract.
11. Copyright
All content, documents, and materials provided within the framework of the membership are subject to the copyright of The Contracting Party or explicitly named rights holders. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
12. Amendments to the T&C
The Contracting Party reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to members in an appropriate manner and shall be deemed accepted unless the member objects in writing within 30 days.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
13.2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the membership is Winterthur, Switzerland.
